Embed the chat on your site, customise it, and restrict where it runs.

Install
Copy the script from Widget & embed and paste it before </body> on every page:

It works on WordPress (theme footer or a header/footer plugin), Shopify (theme.liquid), Wix and Webflow (custom code), and plain HTML.

Control it from your page
window.CustomerReplies.open() and window.CustomerReplies.close() open and close the chat, for example from a "Chat with us" button.

Customise
Title, subtitle, welcome message, starter questions, colour, position, theme, avatar, button text, auto-open delay and voice. The "Powered by" badge can be turned off.

Restrict domains
List your domains under Only allow on these domains so nobody can use your agent on another site.

Share link and iframe
Every agent has a full-page chat link for WhatsApp bios, emails and QR codes, and an iframe you can place inside a page.
