Actions

How they work
When a customer asks something an action can answer, the agent collects what it needs (for example an order number and email), runs the action, and answers from the live result. Order actions check that the email or phone matches the order before sharing anything. Secrets you enter are encrypted and never shown again.

Available actions
- Shopify order status: store domain and an Admin API token with read_orders.
- WooCommerce order status: store URL and a read-only REST API key.
- Razorpay payment status: payment or order id; shows status and refunds.
- Stripe billing lookup: latest invoices and subscription by email.
- Book a meeting: Calendly or Cal.com link; with a Cal.com API key it lists open slots.
- Save contact details: stores the customer's name, email and phone as a lead.
- Custom API: GET or POST to your HTTPS endpoint with {param} placeholders and an optional auth header.
