Broadcasts
Paste a list (phone or email, name, extra values), write the message, pick a time. WhatsApp needs a message template approved in WhatsApp Manager: enter its name and language and paste its text. Only message people who agreed to hear from you.

Store triggers
Abandoned-cart and order-update campaigns get a webhook URL. In Shopify, add it under Settings → Notifications → Webhooks (checkouts/create, checkouts/update and orders/create for carts). A reminder is sent after the wait you choose and is cancelled if the customer completes the order.

Replies and opt-outs
Replies arrive in the inbox and the agent answers them. Anyone who replies STOP is never sent a campaign message again.
