Customer bot
Create a bot with @BotFather (/newbot), paste its token in Channels → Telegram and save. We register the webhook for you. The site must be on a public https address.

Team alerts
Separate from your customer bot: in Hand-off & leads, send the /link code to our team bot (in a private chat or your team group). Alerts for that agent then arrive there. Reply to an alert to answer the customer on their channel, or reply /close to close the chat.
