How we count a resolved chat
A chat counts as resolved only when the customer's need was met and nothing in it was handed to a person or left unanswered; a 4 or 5 rating also counts. A customer going quiet isn't enough on its own: the labeller must judge from the transcript that the need was fully met. We don't publish a resolution percentage until it's measured on real customers' chats.
What the guards do
Links in an answer must come from your own sources or they're removed. Prices, phone numbers and emails in an answer must appear in the passages it cites; if not, the answer is marked low confidence and shows up in your answer-gap report.
