Webhooks

Get events in Zapier, Make, n8n or your CRM.

Add a webhook in Settings → Webhooks and pick events:

  • lead.created: a visitor left contact details.
  • conversation.handoff: a chat needs a person.
  • conversation.closed: your team closed a chat.
  • conversation.rated: a customer rated a chat.

Each request is a JSON POST: {"event": "lead.created", "at": "2026-10-24T10:00:00Z", "data": {…}} with the header X-CustomerReplies-Signature: sha256=<HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body with your signing secret>. Compare it in constant time before trusting the request.
