Free during launch
Every feature is free while we launch. Answers run on Surge's own AI server, with a fair-use limit of 40,000 AI replies per workspace a month. We'll give notice before this changes.

What you might pay for
Only third-party services that cost us money, and only if you turn them on under Billing: Claude (a backup model for harder questions) and speech for voice notes and Exotel calls. You pay exactly the provider's price, from a prepaid balance. When the balance runs out, the add-ons pause and your agent keeps answering on our own model.

Paying
Top up in rupees through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking; 18% GST added, GST invoice from SURGE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN 29ABHCS2917F1Z7) or in dollars through Stripe.

Your own accounts
WhatsApp (Meta), Twilio and Exotel bill you directly for messages and calls. We add nothing.
